Terms and Conditions – slotspk19 Platform Rules & Player Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply wherever the terms are used:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on slotspk19. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age and that you are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities. slotspk19 conducts age verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on slotspk19. Holding multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names or through a shared device — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances void. If you have previously been excluded from slotspk19, you may not open a new account without written permission from the platform.

2.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and email address. slotspk19 uses this information for account management, payment processing and responsible gaming purposes. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account closure.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility. slotspk19 is designed for and marketed to players in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using slotspk19 complies with the laws applicable in your specific location. slotspk19 makes no representation as to the lawfulness of its services in jurisdictions other than those for which the platform is specifically designed.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slotspk19 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. slotspk19 strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform. You must notify slotspk19 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. slotspk19 will not be liable for any losses resulting from failure to secure your account credentials.

3.2 Account Verification. slotspk19 may request identity documentation at any time, including copies of your CNIC, a recent utility bill showing your address, or a selfie with your document. Accounts under verification review may have withdrawal processing paused until verification is completed. This is a standard security measure and applies equally to all players on slotspk19.

3.3 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for twelve consecutive months is considered dormant on slotspk19. After the account becomes dormant, slotspk19 may deduct an administration fee from the remaining balance at a rate of Rs 500 per month. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in, after which no further administration fees will apply until the next dormancy period.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. If you wish to close your slotspk19 account, you may do so by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your most recent withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. slotspk19 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). slotspk19 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in a name other than your own.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount on slotspk19 is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. slotspk19 will publish current limits in the account section of the platform and these may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within fifteen minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within two hours during standard banking hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals take one to three business days. These timelines begin from the point at which slotspk19 approves the withdrawal request, which may be delayed if KYC documentation is pending.

4.4 No Deposits from Third Parties. Deposits to your slotspk19 account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' wallets or bank accounts — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the relevant winnings voided.

5.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only accepted and valid on slotspk19 once you have received a confirmation message and a unique bet reference number. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical issues, connectivity problems or system errors are not valid. slotspk19 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by technical malfunctions or data feed errors.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. The minimum single bet stake on slotspk19 is Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, event, market and stake level. Current limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. slotspk19 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where betting patterns suggest irregularity or abuse of the platform.

5.3 Settlement of Bets. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the sport's governing body or recognised official source. For cricket, this is the official scorecard published by the ICC or relevant board. For football, this is the final score at full time, excluding extra time and penalty shootouts unless the market specifically states otherwise. slotspk19 reserves the right to delay settlement if the official result is disputed or under review.

5.4 Abandoned and Suspended Events. If an event is abandoned, postponed or suspended and does not resume within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided by slotspk19 and stakes returned. Exceptions apply to certain markets where the outcome has already been determined before the suspension — for example, a "first goal scorer" market where a goal was scored before abandonment.

5.5 Live Betting. During in-play betting, slotspk19 may suspend markets temporarily to manage risk around key events such as wickets, goals and red cards. Bets submitted during a suspension period are not accepted. slotspk19 is not liable for connectivity issues on the player's side that prevent a live bet from being submitted before a suspension is applied.

6.1 Random Number Generation. All slotspk19 casino games — including slots, video poker, roulette, blackjack and baccarat — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently tested and certified for randomness and fairness. The RNG produces outcomes that cannot be predicted, influenced or manipulated by any party, including slotspk19 staff.

6.2 Game Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a casino game session on slotspk19, the round in progress may be voided and the stake returned. Where a complete result has been recorded and verified by the system logs prior to the malfunction, that result stands. slotspk19 shall not be liable for interrupted sessions caused by the player's device, browser or internet connection.

6.3 Poker Rake and Fees. slotspk19 deducts a rake from cash game pots and a tournament fee from tournament buy-ins. Rake percentages and caps are displayed in the table lobby before a player sits down. Tournament fee percentages are stated in the tournament registration screen. These rates may be updated from time to time and will be communicated to players with reasonable advance notice.

6.4 Chip Dumping and Collusion. In poker, chip dumping — intentionally losing chips to another player — and collusion between players are strictly prohibited on slotspk19. The platform monitors game patterns and reserves the right to void winnings, close accounts and block withdrawals where these practices are detected. Players found to have engaged in collusion will be permanently banned from slotspk19 poker.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by slotspk19 are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions that are published alongside each offer. By claiming a bonus on slotspk19, you accept all associated conditions. General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated are set out below.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted into withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly when the bonus is offered. Bets placed on certain low-margin markets or with certain stake-to-odds combinations may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements — this will be specified per promotion.

7.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses credited to a slotspk19 account carry an expiry period, typically between seven and thirty days from the date of credit. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the expiry period are automatically removed from the account. slotspk19 will provide notice of expiry approaching via in-account notification.

7.4 One Bonus Per Player. Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once, unless slotspk19 explicitly states otherwise. Creating additional accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is prohibited and will result in all bonus winnings being voided and all associated accounts being closed. slotspk19 uses verification checks to identify such activity.

7.5 slotspk19 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. slotspk19 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a player has opted in, where there is evidence of abuse, technical error in the promotional terms or regulatory requirement. In such cases, affected players will be notified and any real-money balance already earned through legitimate play will be preserved.

8.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. slotspk19 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to every registered player, accessible from within the account settings at any time without restriction.

8.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all slotspk19 players at no cost and without any cooling-off period before they take effect:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much can be deposited into your slotspk19 account.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on net losses from your slotspk19 account balance.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of your account for a period of your choice, from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion from slotspk19, effective immediately upon request.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. If you request self-exclusion from slotspk19, your account will be closed immediately and you will not be able to re-register for a minimum period of six months. slotspk19 will make reasonable efforts to identify and close any new accounts opened by a self-excluded player during the exclusion period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on slotspk19. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all winnings and blocking of withdrawals pending investigation:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with slotspk19 without human input.
• Exploiting errors in pricing, system bugs or technical glitches to place bets at clearly incorrect odds. Any winnings derived from such activity will be voided by slotspk19.
• Manipulating the outcome of any event on which a bet has been placed on slotspk19, or placing bets with knowledge of a manipulated outcome.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime using slotspk19 as a mechanism. slotspk19 reports suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Allowing or enabling another person to use your slotspk19 account on your behalf, including sharing login credentials.
• Opening more than one account on slotspk19, or opening a new account after a previous account has been closed by slotspk19.
• Threatening, harassing or using abusive language towards slotspk19 support staff or other players in any accessible communication channel.

10.1 Platform Content. All content on slotspk19 — including the platform name, logo, design, software, text, images, odds displays, game interfaces and any other original material — is the intellectual property of slotspk19 or its licensed content providers. No part of the slotspk19 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation.

10.2 Limited Licence. slotspk19 grants each registered player a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for the purpose of lawful personal betting and gaming activity. This licence does not include any rights to copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of slotspk19.

11.1 Service Availability. slotspk19 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party payment system outages, data feed interruptions and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. slotspk19 will not be liable for losses resulting from periods of unavailability outside its reasonable control.

11.2 Betting Decisions. All betting and gaming decisions made on slotspk19 are made by the player at their own risk. slotspk19 does not provide betting advice and is not responsible for any financial loss arising from betting activity on the platform, including losses resulting from miscalculation of odds, misunderstanding of market rules or reliance on third-party predictions.

11.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slotspk19's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Changes to Terms. slotspk19 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, slotspk19 will provide players with at least seven days' notice via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of slotspk19 after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12.2 Account Termination by slotspk19. slotspk19 may close or suspend any player account without prior notice where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, match manipulation or any other prohibited conduct. Any real-money balance remaining after investigation and deduction of voided winnings will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon termination for cause.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of a player account, all rights granted to the player under the licence described in Section 10.2 immediately cease. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination — including any outstanding payment obligations — will continue to apply after the account is closed.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. slotspk19 operates with the intent of full compliance with all relevant regulations applicable to online gaming and betting platforms in the jurisdictions it serves.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your slotspk19 account, you should first contact the slotspk19 support team at support@slotspk19.app, providing as much relevant information as possible. slotspk19 commits to acknowledging all complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within five business days. In the event of a disputed bet settlement, the slotspk19 decision — based on officially recorded results — is final.

13.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on slotspk19, constitute the entire agreement between you and slotspk19 and supersede all prior communications, representations or agreements on the same subject matter.
